DEEP Yoga workout: focuses on building deep core strength and coordination while utilizing self-touch to reactivate + reconnect the specific layers of muscle fibers and connective tissue. We use motivating music to stay energized as we breathe through 6 powerful & primal position sets with slow, precise movements and experience some blissful heart and hip opening. Low impact and suitable for beginner to advanced yogis. We practice at 90 degrees in infrared heat for deep detoxification.

Highly recommend Alaina! She did an incredible deluxe deep tissue 1 hour massage on me that was wonderful. She is very experienced you can tell. Pressure was great as well. Loved the red light therapy and hot stones. You will be in good hands with her (literally)!
